Please join us as we kick off our 50th Anniversary Celebration with an evening at camp filled with great food and fun entertainment. The night will include some time for gathering, a delicious BBQ dinner, a celebration of our founders and the unveiling of 50 years of history, followed by lively dueling pianos and group singalong activities. All ages are encouraged to join in the fun.

The event is conveniently accessible for anyone participating in the Horizons Bikeathon earlier that day. Guests may arrive any time to explore camp, hike the trails, relax, and experience Horizon’s beauty. Guests are welcome to stay overnight at Horizons. Bedrooms are available at the Prairie Center, Art Ventures, and the Barn Retreat Center. The Camp Grounds will be open as well – bring your tent and enjoy a night under the stars! Note that June 2nd is the Annual Bethel Church Picnic. For those guests choosing to stay overnight, breakfast will be provided at 8:00am. Pastor John Swanson will be leading a church service at Horizons at 10:00am.

There is no charge to attend the kickoff celebration or stay overnight. For those who would like to help cover Horizon’s costs, freewill donations will be accepted (recommended $15 per person, $35 per family; overnight guests may want to consider doubling that amount)
