Please join us Saturday, June 1, on the Military Ridge Trail in Mt. Horeb. Check-in starts at the old train station. You must register in advance and have pledges in order to receive a Bike-A-Thon t-shirt. Budget Bicycle will be available for minor tune-ups until 10am at no cost. Prizes are available for those who raise $250, $500, $750 or more! Proceeds go towards Bethel Horizons’ nature and adventure programs. These funds help make our programs possible and affordable for schools, churches, and community groups.

You can register now–either at this link or by visiting one of the Bike-A-thon tables on Saturday evenings/Sunday mornings at Bethel Lutheran Church. Tables will be located at the church through May 26. Only $20 to register or collect pledges of $20 or more. Those who register and raise funds are able to stay overnight at the Prairie Center, Barn Retreat Center or Tent & Trailer Campground at no cost with supper and breakfast included (plus a fun campfire).

This event includes beverages and snacks in Mt. Horeb and a free lunch at Barneveld Lutheran Church, just off the trail (watch for the sign). You may ride the circle tour from Mt. Horeb to Barneveld or Ridgeway and back to Mt. Horeb, or walk the 3.9 mile scenic trail from Blue Mounds to Barneveld, or any distance you wish!
