Materials:

– White paper plates                                      -Glue

– Black and white construction paper           – Scissors

– Googly eyes                                               – Paint brush

– White or silver glitter                                  – Water cup

                                                                                             Instructions:

1.) Mix 3 parts glue, 1 part water in a cup. Spread some of the mixture with a paintbrush on the back of the paper plate.

2.) Make sure the plate is covered with the glue mixture, and sprinkle lots of glitter on the plate (white or silver)

3.) Use the white construction paper to cut out two circles for the ears and an oval for the mouth.  Afterwards, take the black construction paper and cut out a small circle for the nose.

4.) Glue down the black circle on the white oval and glue on the bears face, along with the googly eyes, and then glue the ears on behind the plate.

5.) If you want, turn it into a mask by cutting two small holes for the eyes (parents help with this step) and using string to tie it around your head!
